I am a graduate of the Brennan School of Energy Healing, a four-year college that trains practitioners in the art and science of health and healing through the Human Energy Field, the alive and flowing energetic aspect of our being that surrounds and permeates each one of us.

 

I have a background in massage therapy, art, parenting, and a great love of the outdoors and nature. I believe our bodies and minds know how to heal. I also recognize that life can be challenging and we benefit greatly from the support of others. The healing practices I offer can be a pathway to rediscover the aliveness held deep within you. I offer these healing practices as a support to your journey of coming home to yourself.
